Project xCloud is Microsoft’s video game streaming service, allowing players to instantly stream console and PC games to their device of choice using an internet connection. Similar to the system used by Google Stadia, you don’t need ti  download the games you play in  xCloud. They’ll be streamed from Microsoft’s own servers, which make use of the Azure Cloud architecture that has been implemented in games like Crackdown 3 and Titanfall. There are 54 different Azure regions around the globe, which should provide stable service to users regardless of their location.

The list features a mix of Xbox exclusives and titles that are available elsewhere. They include Tell Me WhyGears 5GroundedSea of ThievesForza Horizon 4BattletoadsHalo: The Master Chief Collection, The Witcher 3: Wild HuntUntitled Goose Game and Destiny 2. More titles will be added down the line, including games from EA Play later this year. You can check out the full launch-day list on the Xbox Wire  But sadly  Microsoft Flight Simulator is one of the more notable missing titles.

The service supports cloud saves, so you can continue a game you’ve been playing on your Xbox One or Xbox Series X/S when you're on the go. It also features multiplayer and cross-play with PC players.

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers can access xCloud with $15/month, but new members have to pay little more for first month.
